The Corsican Restaurant opened in 1986 in a building in Freeport that was once a carriage repair shop in the early 1900's. It has been family owned since its conception.

Friendly service in a casual atmosphere gives our customers the chance to taste our delicious food made from the freshest ingredients. Our dill bread and wheat rolls are baked fresh each morning so they will be soft and delightful for your meal. And our cooks are ready to prepare food for a variety of tastes from those of vegetarians to seafood lovers.
